⇒ We built the World’s Only Outdoor Skeleton Greenhouses
After 7 years of research and testing, Algae created the first greenhouses with an external skeleton. Thus it eliminated any possibility of developing microbes as opposed to the widespread internal skeleton of conventional greenhouses that are widely used. In addition, the building material of the algi greenhouse prevents insects, dust and particles from entering the environment, resulting in a space characterized as fully sterile!
⇒ We invested in Top Stainless Steel Tanks instead of Liner
In Algae, after many years of research and testing, we invested in the production of spirulina, in stainless steel tanks instead of rubber liner membrane that is widely preferred in production units due to cost. The liner, as a synthetic material, at high temperatures, breaks down and decomposes, thus negatively affecting the quality of the spiralina. Therefore, the choice of exclusive use of stainless material for us, was the guarantee of production of top quality spirulina!
⇒ Different Drying and Unique Standardization
Unlike most production plants that use spray dryers, in Algae we apply a completely natural way of drying the coil. Spread it out in dryers and our spiral is dried with the sun’s rays. This natural drying (always below 65oC) allows Bio-Spirulina to preserve all its valuable vitamins and trace elements.
In addition, Bio-Spirulina Algae is an absolutely organic product, as we do not use additives for the production of our “tablet”! The manufacture of our tablets is done exclusively by the method of compression of the product which is a patented process of ultra-high pressure (on the outside of the tablet) while for our capsules we use plant-based casing. This makes spirulina algae an entirely herbal and natural product!
